At Vedic Bites, we strive to provide the highest quality perishable products to our customers. Due to the nature of perishable goods, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure both food safety and customer satisfaction.
Returns
We do not accept returns on perishable items such as food, and other temperature-sensitive goods once they have been delivered.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
The item delivered was damaged, expired, or incorrect.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided as evidence.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days via your original method of payment.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets the refund conditions stated above.
